Cumberland Youth Hockey Association Board Meeting December 3rd, 2006
Present: John Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Connie Black, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson, Vince Gunderson
· Motion made by Nate and 2nd by Sharon to approve minutes from last board meeting.-All in favor
· Motion made by Nate and 2nd by Ken, to hold people accountable for not showing up for their concession stand times. If you do not show up there will be a $20 fine. Parents will need to pay the fine by the next game or their kid will have to sit. The board will take care of notifying parents and coaches if this should happen.- All in Favor
· Discussion was done on coaches lending out their keys for other kids to get into the rink and skate. This is against our policy.
· Vince will do up a letter to all coaches in regards to the two above issues.
· We have a Superior team that would like to buy ice time on Jan 20th. We will find out exactly what time and we will block that off for games.
· Approval was made for the purchase of a new fire hose nozzle to flood the rinks with.
· Motion made by Nate & 2nd by Mike to go with Kirsten Wagner for our pictures
· Chuck Jeffreys would like to work will all association goalies; he will do this splitting ice with the Bantams on Mondays.
· We need people for a New Years Committee, to put together our party.
· Julie is ordering socks; we will then sell them to anyone who is in need of them in the association.
· We readdressed the issue with Adult Hockey costs, there was a motion made by Nate and 2nd by Connie to go with the same price of $5 a week for Men and Women.
· Next meeting set for December 17, 2006
