Board Meeting January 30^th , 2007

Present: John Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson, Vince Gunderson, John Olson

·        Decision made to change open skate for the night of February 7^th due to the playdown game for the HS team. Squirts will cancel practice for that night.

·        Co-op still in works, we are waiting on Spooner Board to come back to us.

·        Motion made by Nate to reimburse Cory Anderson for numbers being put on Atom Jerseys, 2^nd by John A. All in favor

·        Julie stated that there is $2200 not collected in registration fees:

·        Julie suggested we have a mandatory fundraising policy in place there are associations around us that have this. We will look into it.

·        Pancake breakfast set for April 1^st Palm Sunday and we have approval for the sign to be hung above Main Street the week before.

Next meeting set for Monday February 12^th, 2007 @ 6 p.m.
