Board Meeting March 5^th, 2007

Present: John Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Connie Black, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson, Vince Gunderson

Stopped in and asked if we would consider leaving the ice for an additional week if he was able to get a tournament set up for the weekend of the 24^th-25^th. We told him to see if he could get at least 4 teams and let us know and we could do that.

·        Deb Goldsmith

Came with information and forms to finish up information and details for the Alumni tournament.

·        Newsletter will be going out this week. Sharon will work on a letter/article in regards to our fundraising and the help that we need from the association.

·        We discussed that we will set up a separate meeting strictly to discuss fundraising and what we need to do.

·        Important dates:

April 1^st. Pancake Breakfast

April 22^nd: Awards Banquet/Potluck/Annual Meeting 4:00 start time

·        Each coach can spend $8 per kid for the awards banquet.

·        Each team needs to make sure that collect all Jersey’s from kids

·        Next meeting set for March 19, 2007 6:00 p.m.

·        Motion made by John A to adjourn meeting 2^nd Connie
