Cumberland Youth Hockey Association Board Meeting December 19th, 2006
Present: John Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Connie Black, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson,
· Motion made by Nate and 2nd by Sharon to approve minutes from last board meeting.-All in favor
· Discussion was done on the purchasing of pucks from Brian Malicher and we will go ahead and purchase them @ $.70 a piece. Motion made by Julie & 2nd by Connie-All in favor
· Our electric is up 16 % from this time last year, we need to keep an eye on the toilets in the bathroom there may be one that sticks and therefore, uses more water.
· Discussed some of the people that would like to help out for the New Years party
· Motion made by Connie and 2nd by Nate to reimburse Zamboni Drivers for the $10 certification-All in Favor
· Discussed and went over the letter that was drawn up by Vince in regards to the concession stand and the money that will be charged if you don’t show up. Corrected a couple of things, motion made by Nate and 2nd by Ken to approve, - All in favor
· Discussed and went over the letter that was drawn up by Vince in regards to the coaches keys, motion made by Connie and 2nd by Nate to approve- All in favor
· Discussion was done as to Chad Anderson being able to help out when he is in town and available, decision was made to let Jason Maline make this call he is the head coach. Motion made by Ken and 2nd by Nate-All in favor
· Motion made to adjorn by Ken 2nd by Connie
· Next meeting set for January 16, 2006
