Board Meeting October 8, 2006

Present: John Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Connie Black, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson, John Olson

·        Per the request of Vince, the remaining 8 board members met to discuss the decision as to whether or not we would like him to continue as president. After discussion we decided that it would be best to ask Vince to step down as president.

We called Vince and notified him of our decision and that he was more the welcome to continue as a board member.
