Board Meeting September 25,
2006
Present: Vince Gunderson, John
Anderson, Sharon Haugerud, Connie Black, Mike Hotchkiss, Julie Neurer, John
Olson, Ken Hart, Nate Anderson
 | Numbers of registered players and coaches for each level
were discussed. Mike will be having a coaches meeting next week. |
| Motion made by Vince and 2nd by Nate set a
date of Dec 1st to decide on whether or not we will have a PeeWee
and Bantam team. We will then look into other options- All in favor |
| Bob Nugent attended the meeting to update us on games
being scheduled. So far we have Girls U19 @ Spooner Dec 3rd 4:30
and Jan 6th 10:30. |
| Tournament dates were set and are as follows: |
Atoms: Feb 24th-25th
Mites/Bantam: Feb 2nd-4th
Squirts/PeeWees: Jan 26th-28th
High School: Jan 5th-7th
Adult Tourn: Jan 12th-14th
Alumni: March 16th-18th
| Playdowns and Tournament fees were set as follows |
$3 a day single
$5 a day family
$10 weekend family
Motion made by Connie and 2nd by
Nate- all in favor
| New printout of the Rink Manager job description was
read over and a motion was made by Vince and 2nd by John O to
approve- all in favor |
| Nate made a motion and 2nd by Connie to bring
Bob Riebe in to the next meeting to offer the position of Rink Manger to him.

| Mary Beth Gunderson would like to head up a revenue
growth project for the Cumberland Hockey Association and put together a
cookbook. She will have all of the figures on what it will cost and the
potential that we have to make. Motion made by Connie and 2nd by
John A. to go ahead and have her move forward with this project. All in favor |
| Motion made by Mike and 2nd by Nate to
approve the Figure Skating Club contract. All in favor. Julie will get that
sent to them. |
