Team Pictures * November * Watch for information to be sent home with your skater prior to the on available photo packages. The *Association Picture* is for all kids that are registered hockey players. All players need to be dressed and ready for prompt picture taking at the below times – No equipment is necessary for the Assoc. Picture - just your Jersey. $$Calendar Raffle Update$$ All Calendar sales must be turned in to the Apothecary or Utility Office NO LATER than SATURDAY, November 1ST, 4:00 P.M. REMEMBER ALL UNSOLD CALENDARS THAT WERE CHECKED OUT IN YOUR NAME MUST ALSO BE TURNED BACK IN. turn them back in right away, so that someone else can have the opportunity to sell them and earn free registration. As in past years, the Top Seller of calendars will be awarded with 3 complimentary calendars, the 2nd Place Top Seller will be awarded 2 calendars, and the 3rd Place Top Seller will be awarded 1 calendar, all tickets of which will go into the barrel for equal chances to be drawn as winners!! Per the Cumberland Youth Hockey Association’s new policies instituted earlier this year, all registered hockey families must do their share of fund raising. If your family has not sold the required amount of calendars, you will be billed for your share and your hockey player’s ability to skate suspended.

CumberlandHockey.com CONCESSION STAND ~ GENERAL INFO. ~ The work schedule for running the concession stand is posted at the rink on the large bulletin board. The schedule is completed weekly and runs until the end of the hockey season in March. Parent Reps – there are forms in the kitchen to fill out for the week your Team is responsible for covering the work shifts at the concession stand. Fill the forms out ahead of time and post them on the small Bulletin Board in the kitchen for the week your team should cover. Shifts run from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sundays through Fridays. January thru March has been posted. Reps and parents, please check to see what work shifts you are responsible for. GENERAL WORK HOUR FORMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN. IF YOU HAVEN’T FULFILLED YOUR WORK HOUR OBLIGATIONS YET, FILL OUT THE FORM AND DEPOSIT INTO LABELED BOX.
